If people are considering charitable contributions, I would hope they would consider The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia. We live in a very complicated world today. We live in a divided world today, and people keep asking, what is the answer? Will it be different in the future? My wife and I talk about this topic frequently, and what makes a difference is faith. Faith can bring people together. Faith can make a better world. Faith can solve a lot of problems, but you just can't talk. You have to walk the talk. And one of the ways to walk the talk is not only to pray but be active, contribute, and make a difference. The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia enables people to make that difference and to create a legacy for future generations.

What many people don’t know about CFGP, and their consulting services is when you sign on to work with them, their staff literally becomes your own. Their team provides clients like us with not just the tools we need to run a successful annual appeal, but the staff to supplement it. Its’ been a blessing having their fundraising and development expertise on our side.

Amy Stoner
Director of Community-Based and Homeless Services, Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia

The Saint Lucy School community is so grateful to the Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia for their efforts on our behalf. Their sincere interest in our current work with students who are visually impaired, as well as our dreams to serve a wider population of students with vision loss, has been an overwhelming gift to us. Thank you for helping us continue to serve our students in a loving, nurturing, Catholic School environment..

Sr. Lisa Lettiere

CFGP truly took the time to understand our role as the mother church of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and the individual needs of the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. As we navigate new opportunities and challenges, I know that CFGP will be there to assist us in any way that they can. CFGP is a blessing to the Cathedral and a blessing to the entire Catholic Community.

Reverend Gerald Dennis Gill
Rector and Pastor, Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul

Pope Benedict XVI called on the laity to be “truly co-responsible for the being and activity of the Church.” By opening a fund at CFGP we have expressed our commitment to support the Catholic Church both now and in the future. However, we are not called to write a blank check for the Church. A fund at CFGP allows us to be more intentional about giving and insures accountability for our financial gifts..
